THEREFORE ALL BLUE CARD APPLICATIONS AND RENEWALS MUST BE LODGED BY THE CLUB

We understand this is a tedious process but please bear with us, it is, after all, for the safety of our Children.  Out of Season is the best time to apply – beat the rush of thousands of applications.

1. If you hold a blue card but you need to renew, complete page 2 of the form attached to this link and return to the Club with 2 forms of ID
