Development and Training

The future of Sunshine Beach Surf Club!

The Sunshine Beach Junior Activities Program is very supportive of the competitive desires of some our very talented young Nippers.

Our program offers the chance to improve your individual skills, talents and self confidence in the surf and on the sand with board, surf and sprint training sessions throughout the week. With our highly experienced and qualified coaches, those Nippers who wish to compete in Carnivals throughout the season are encouraged to attend these fun and very enjoyable sessions to help further develop their skill base and self confidence in any conditions.

Training Sessions:

Boards
U/8-10 & Beginners:  Wednesday afternoon 4:00pm - 5pm
& Non Competitive      at Noosa River/Main Beach
                                     Junior Coach: Warick Redwood
                              

U/11-13:                     Wednesday afternoon 4pm - 5.30pm at Noosa River
                                     Friday afternoon 4pm-5pm at Sunshine Beach
                                     Senior Coach: Max Pettigrove  
                                    

U/14:                           Tuesday afternoon 4pm -5.30pm at Sunshine Beach
                                     Thursday afternoon 4pm -5:30pm at Sunshine Beach
                                     Senior Coach: Max Pettigrove
                                    

Flags & Sprints
U/11-14:                 Monday & Thursday afternoons 4:30pm - 5:30pm at Sunshine Beach
